 2012 Elk of the Year - Charlie Radika

Charlie Radika of the Hibbing Lodge #1022 is the Minnesota Elks State Association Elk of the Year for 2011-2012. State President Lisa Richmond presented Charlie with the award at the State Convention in June for his dedicated service and commitment to the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks at the State level and in Hibbing. Charlie has been the Exalted Ruler for the Hibbing Lodge several times and has been a trustee for Hibbing for 10 years. He is actively involved at both the local and state level and has been a critical figure in supporting the Minnesota Elks Youth Camp. Congratulations Charlie!
